The worst dental office Iβve ever experienced! Soon as I checked in, they offered a $40 cancer screening. Like what!? Even in the forms I completed I said no cancer in my family (thank God) annnnnd I am a new patient so yall are about to do a xray that my insurance will pay for!!! The hygienist was rude, attitude clearly says she hates her job. She told me I have periodontal disease. I was shocked because I take great care of my teeth. Then doctor comes in and told me how great my teeth looks but yet tried selling me a teeth whitening kit and said he agreed with the hygienist and that I will need a deep cleaning. I told the doctor I donβt want teeth whitening services, then they took me outside so I can pay before I get any service done which I was confused on why they made me leave the room. They tried to charge me $720 for the deep cleaning and over $600 for the teeth whitening that I had denied. Mind you the day before I saw them, I saw my dental surgeon who removed my wisdom teeth and he did X-rays and none of this nonsense was mentioned. When I told them I donβt have periodontal disease and that I just want a regular cleaning, which is what I was scheduled for. The doctor flat

Bad business and deceptive practice. Wanted to get a cleaning done since I haven't had one from them in over 6+ months. I called to inquire the price for the cleaning and they said I needed to get another exam done since it's been a while and they can't do a cleaning without an exam which was fine. I gave them my insurance information over the phone and had the front desk person confirm multiple times throughout the called that my insurance covered everything and I do not have to pay out of pocket, she confirmed this multiple times, I told her I also want to make sure I don't want to pay nothing because I knew my insurance covered those two procedures for free. I scheduled an appointment for a few days later. I walked into the office and the same front desk lady I spoke to told me I would have to pay $70 because my insurance did not cover the exam or something or mv insurance did not. Very frustrating because why did she not know that over the phone? I gave her all the information she needed to return me how much I would have to pay if I needed too. I left the office and called my dental insurer and they confirmed my insurance is active and I do not need to pay anything because I h

I hadnβt been to the dentist in over two years because of my fear (nothing to do with this office I just genuinely hate going). Coming back, I didnβt know what to expect, but I was welcomed with open arms from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and the girl who took my X-rays greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable right away. The finance coordinator was transparent, super pleasant, and made sure I understood everything before any payment was taken, which I really appreciated. A special shoutout to Dr. Golden his bedside manner is truly one for the books. He makes sure youβre comfortable every step of the way and really helps take the edge off. He builds trust not just through his work, but through how he cares for his patients, and that made a huge difference for me. And I have to give a huge shoutout to my hygienist, Briana 10/10! I needed a deep cleaning, and despite how much I usually dread the dentist, I didnβt feel a thing. My teeth look amazing, and I couldnβt be happier with the results. I actually feel good about coming back and am even looking forward to my next visit (which says a lot!). I highly recommend this entire team t

I had a great experience at this dental office! I came in for an X-ray, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, which immediately put me at ease. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything clearly. Itβs not always easy to feel relaxed at a dental visit, but they really made it a positive experience. Highly recommend!
